`id`	Yes	2–48 lowercase letters, digits and single dashes; no leading or trailing dash.
`type`	Yes	`theme` or `plugin`.
`name`	Yes	Nonempty text, up to 60 characters.
`description`	Yes	Nonempty text, up to 200 characters.
`version`	Yes	Up to 32 characters: letters, digits, dots, plus signs and dashes.
`license`	Yes	License identifier such as `MIT`, up to 64 characters.
`preview`	Yes	Repository-relative PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP path.
`screenshots`	No	Up to 8 repository-relative image paths.
`tags`	No	Up to 8 lowercase tags, each up to 24 characters, using letters, digits and single dashes.

Other fields are refused. Author and repository information come from GitHub. The file must be valid JSON and fit within 16 KB.

The ID is shared across the catalog and must be unique. An import reserves its ID even before publication. Keep the same ID and type for later versions of the same listing.

This file describes a catalog entry. It does not define a desktop plugin entry point, runtime permissions or theme-loading format.
